How can I obtain the AB application?
a. You can download the application here: New Application
b. You may write to email@example.com to request that an AB application be sent to your home.
c. Or call 203.977.5280 to request an AB application; please provide your name and address when you leave a message.
Who qualifies for an AB ballot?
a. In CT, voters need to provide a valid reason to qualify for an AB ballot. You must mark one of the 6 reasons provided on the AB application form.
b. Executive Order #10 provides that any voter concerned about Covid-19 is eligible to vote
Absentee: Where can I return the Application for an AB ballot?
a. You may drop off in the ballot box in the parking garage in the Government Center; it’s open 24 hours a day.
b. Mail to: Town Clerk – AB Application, 888 Washington Blvd., 1st FL, Stamford, CT 06901
c. Please note: electronic copies are not accepted as per Connecticut Law.

When will the ballots be available?
The ballots will be sent out starting January 29th.
Can I vote in-person in the Town Clerk’s office?
a. Due to Covid-19, the Government Center is closed to the public. An appointment for in-person pick up of the ballot can be arranged by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
b. Curbside AB voting can be arranged in the parking garage of the Government Center by appointment if required due to illness, disability, or if quarantine conditions apply.
c. In-person pick up of ballots will be available by appointment on Saturday, February 27, 9am-12pm. To request an appointment, please write to email@example.com
Where can I return the Ballot?
a. Mail to: Town Clerk, 888 Washington Blvd., 1st FL, Stamford, CT 06901
b. You may drop off in-person in the ballot box in the parking garage in the Government Center, which is open 24 hours a day.
What’s the last date/time to drop off my ballot?
a. Ballots need to be received in our office via US mail at the latest on Election Day to be counted.
b. The final collection of ballots from the ballot box is at 8pm on March 2.

Can I vote at the Polls? Yes. The polling stations will be open from 6am to 8pm. Look up your voting location.
Can I get an AB ballot at my college or at my second residence?
Yes. Fill in your temporary address on the AB application form. Print your mailing address legibly to ensure total accuracy. Allow additional time for your ballot to be returned in our office by March 2.
Can I vote while I’m staying in a foreign country?
b. We can send the ballot to you electronically, but you will have to return it by postal or courier services.
ELECTION DAY PROBLEMS?
If the polls close while you’re still in line, stay in line – you have the right to vote. If you make a mistake on your ballot, ask for a new one.
